How is 35 KB measured?
The ceiling is 35 × 1024 = 35840 bytes. If your form means 35,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 34.17 KB).
Will the dimensions change?
Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.
Is my file uploaded?
