FAQ
How is 5 KB measured?
The ceiling is 5 × 1024 = 5120 bytes. If your form means 5,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 4.88 KB).
Will the dimensions change?
Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Resizing and compression run in your browser; the image never leaves your device.
