How is 5 MB measured?
As 5 × 1024 × 1024 = 5,242,880 bytes. If your form means 5,000,000 bytes, lower the target slightly.
Will the resolution drop?
Rarely. Most photos only need a slightly lower JPG quality to fit 5 MB.
