How is 700 KB measured?
The ceiling is 700 × 1024 = 716800 bytes. If your form means 700,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 683.59 KB).
Will the dimensions change?
Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.
Is my file uploaded?
