How is 75 KB measured?

The ceiling is 75 × 1024 = 76800 bytes. If your form means 75,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 73.24 KB).

Will the dimensions change?

Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.

Is my file uploaded?
