How is 120 KB measured?
The ceiling is 120 × 1024 = 122880 bytes. If your form means 120,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 117.18 KB).
Will the dimensions change?
Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.
Is my file uploaded?
