How is 150 KB measured?
The ceiling is 150 × 1024 = 153600 bytes. If your form means 150,000 bytes, lower the target slightly (e.g. 146.48 KB).
Will the dimensions change?
Only if quality alone is not enough. Then the image shrinks step by step until it fits.
Is my file uploaded?
