FAQ

How do I arrange frames?

Choose the first frame, then 1–49 additional frames in selection order. Every frame is fitted without cropping to the first frame’s canvas; transparency becomes white.

What limits and timing options apply?

Each input is limited to 25 MP. Output is at most 800 pixels per side and frames × width × height must stay within 32 MP. Delay is 20–655,350 ms in 10 ms steps. Loop forever, play once, or repeat once or twice. GIF uses up to 256 colors per frame.

Is encoding private, and which licence applies?

The self-hosted gifenc library loads only when needed here and uses MIT; see /vendor/gifenc/LICENSE.md. Images stay on your device. Each successful GIF download counts once; errors count zero.
